Session length & pricing

Telehealth is charged at the standard Active Eight therapy rate and can be delivered in two session-length options:

30 mins

  • 20 mins video meeting or phone call + 10 mins for progress notes, planning & resourcing

60 mins

  • 45 mins video meeting or phone call + 15 mins for progress notes, planning & resourcing

Pre-Session Checklist

  • My device is connected to the internet.

  • My sound is on.

  • My microphone is working.

  • I have an ‘Invitation Link’ or ‘Meeting ID’ for my session (this will be sent by Active Eight via email).

  • I am set up in a quiet space with minimal background noise.

  • I have my phone close by in case an Active Eight team member needs to call me.
